Electrolytic copper 99.9% suitable for contact with alcohol.
The boiler is equipped with:
- with temperature indicators
- System Safety/Overpressure Valve
- Rotating automatic cleaning system with sprayball
- installed manhole φ400 (for loading distillation material)
- Special design for waste outlet, and installation of an automatic emptying system (bottle/cylinder).
- built-in stirring (mixer) for uniform and better heating of the material we are distilling
The bell consists of a large-diameter bubble and one controlled-operation plate.
Column with 4 controlled boiling plates with visual contact through refractory portholes, for perfect demethylation of the distillate.
Additional autonomous repurification and demethylation column with reflux condenser, which includes 4 controlled boiling plates with visual contact through refractory portholes.
Option to install a copper vessel containing four perforated stainless steel plates for placing botanicals intended for aromatizing the distillate.
The cooling column consists of 50 tubes. A glass thermometer for measuring temperature and distillate degrees is installed.
ADVANTAGES
Space-saving,
Low heat losses, resulting in energy savings and faster distillation.
Immediate separation of heads and tails.
Higher quality final product (distillate).
Methanol below the legal limit.
COMBUSTION METHOD: Steam
The still is double-bottomed, meaning it has a double wall and is constructed externally from INOX 304, allowing it to be connected to a steam boiler. The steam circulates at the bottom of the pot and all around its perimeter. Two connections have been installed for the inlet and outlet of the steam. Additionally, there’s an extra drain port for emptying the jacket. At the end of the steam system, ceramic wool insulation is installed.
- Propane, oil, steam, bain-marie, pellets and heartwood.
INOVATION
The volatile components (heavy oils) are returned to the main boiler (pot) via a seperate piping system, resulting in a better separation of heads and tails.
The material of the alembic is entirely made of lead-free copper. The welds are specialized, as are the flanges used at the connections with each part of the alembic – the swan neck – and the condenser.
