Aromatic Plant Distillery 3000 Lt for the Production of Essential Oils

Technical Characteristics

Material: INOX 316 (Fioreto)

The pot still is double walled and laterally insulated

Cylindrical shaped lid

Inox tubular alternator (316) consisting of vertical tubes

Detachable perforated screen pack where the aromatic plants are placed.

Separator with sight glass

Source of heat: with steam (with a special coil placed at the bottom of the pot still).

Accessories: thermometer, pressure gauge, safety valve, special silicone flanges, stainless steel valves and separator.

Dimensions: pot still diameter 1.50 m., total height 2.70 m. and total length 2.90 m. modification possibility is provided

For the pot still a safety certification is also provided.

Our company undertakes:

Transportation and installation of the pot still, for constructing a perimeter deck along with ladder and HEB.
Installation of a cast- iron construction to support the HEB as well an electric trolley.
Installation of electric hoist for better operation of the machines.
The connection of steam boiler with pot stills.

The distillers of 30lt for aromatic plant can distill a plant mass of 2-3 kg.
The distillers of 50lt for aromatic plant can distill a plant mass of 4-5 kg.
