The boiler is equipped with:

- Special design for waste outlet, and installation of an automatic emptying system (cylinder/bottle).
- built-in stirring (mixer) for uniform and better heating of the material we are distilling
The AENAOS bell consists of a large diameter bubble and a controlled operation platform.
Column with 4 controlled-boiling plates and a reflux condenser, with visual inspection through heat-resistant sight glasses, for perfect demethanolization of the distillate.
The fractional column with its plates is not integrated into the boiler but is supported upright alongside the boiler with a curved arm, or it rests on a stainless steel (INOX) base.
The cooling column is made of pure copper and consists of 50 tubes, which, at the point where we take the distillate, is placed a glass measuring the temperature and degrees of the distillate.

METHOD OF COMBUSTION: High-pressure propane burner
The still is placed inside a specially reinforced combustion oven. Inside, we’ve designed a spiral (snail) for exhaust gas utilization and fuel saving, resulting in uniform heating of the alembic.

INNOVATION

The alembic is constructed entirely from lead-free copper. The welds are specialized, as are the flanges used to connect each part of the alembic – the swan neck – and the cooler.
