PEROULAKIS DISTILLERY
“KRITON APOSTAGMA”

After coming to an agreement with the Peroulakis family we implemented their idea of a distillery unit based on their long experience in the production of tsikoudia. Our company undertook the study of their facilities, the manufacturing of an 800lt B2 copper distiller with 4 plateau and condenser, the transportation of the distillation machinery as well as the collection tanks. Then, our specialized project team went from Thessaloniki to Crete for the pot still installation and the manufacture of pipes for the distillate collection.

After having completed the installation and having achieved the distillery license, Pavlidis Theophilos and his son Matthaios made the first distillation with the Peroulakis family.
