Mr. Elias Melissourgos from Rethymno came in contact with us in order to fulfill his dream about producing a tsikoudia worthy of its place. For this project he has warm partners and friends Mr. George Markoulakis and Pantelis Fanourgakis.
When studying their plan we came up with the manufacturing of two distillers. At first, the manufacturing the AENAOS pot still of 1.300lt capacity combining components of the B1 pot still. In the AENAOS pot still there is the laterally raised fractional column and with an additional re-cleaning column. For this ambitious project, we manufactured a customized distillery pot still of 1,000 lt capacity The source of heat for the pot stills is the steam, as it is contributes to the uniform distribution of the heat.
Our specialized project team undertook the transportation and installation of the stills as well as the connection of the tanks. The pleasure of our customers for the result was confirmed with another long-term and close collaboration.
